Dr. Craig Couillard D.C., CCSP, CSCS, CES, PES is the owner of Lake Marion Chiropractic. The clinic was established in 2001. He is a licensed doctor of chiropractic who graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2000. He has an undergraduate bachelor of science degree in human biology. Dr. Couillard earned a certification in sports medicine from the American Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP). The certification is titled, certified chiropractic sports practitioner. In addition, Dr. Couillard is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, corrective exercise specialist and a performance enhancement specialist. 

 Dr. Couillard is passionate about pursuing continuing education opportunities and is in the process of obtaining other certifications in chiropractic related fields. Dr. Couillard has spent his career treating patients of all ages with a wide variety of medical issues. He believes that the key to successful outcomes is the combination of chiropractic, physical rehabilitation, advanced soft tissue techniques and clinical nutrition. After being chosen "Young Chiropractor of the Year" by the Minnesota Chiropractic Association in 2001, he pursued opportunities to work with athletes ranging from high school to Olympic level athletes.

 Most recently Dr. Couillard was invited to treat athletes at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA. This opportunity to treat Olympic athletes from many different sports is only granted to a select few chiropractors in the country. Dr. Couillard also received the high performance award from USA Swimming. This award is presented to members of the USA swimming network of practitioners who have demonstrated commitment to quality care and teamwork. This award made Dr. Couillard eligible for treating and traveling with the national team. Dr. Couillard is a member of the athlete referral programs with USA Swimming and Gymnastics. Dr. Couillard works with local athletes at gymnastics studios providing care for their injuries to help young men and women achieve optimal performance in competition.

In addition to a full time practice Dr. Couillard is an adjunct faculty member at the Minnesota School of Business (MSB) and post-graduate instructor at Normandale Community College.  Dr. Couillard teaches a wide variety of classes in different healthcare programs.

Dr. Couillard serves in the legisative chair position for the Minnesota Chiropractic Association and as a member of the Minnesota State High School Sports Medicine Advisory Committee.

Dr. Couillard is married to Angela and has two wonderful daughters Sydney and Emme.  The family resides in Lakeville.

Dr. Brian Betts, D.C. was born and raised in rural Northeast Nebraska and while attending Plainview High School in Plainview, Nebraska, he enjoyed and excelled in a variety of sports, acting and music.  He graduated from Dana College in 1988 with a BS in biology and general science and has a chemistry minor. In January of 1989, Dr. Betts began his studies at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN.  He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in April of 1992, and practiced in South Minneapolis near the VA Medical Center for 11 years. He had a few stops in the southern metro before joining Lake Marion Chiropractic.

In high school Dr. Betts particicpated in football, basketball, golf, track, American Legion baseball, speech, one act plays, band, swing choir, barbershop quartet, and the school musicals.  He was all conference honorable mention quarterback in his junior year and an all conference and all state honorable quarterback in his senior year. Dr. Betts was also selected as the best supporting actor for the part that he played in the district one act play.

In college, Dr. Betts was a four year letter winner in both football and baseball, receiving all conference honorable mention in football one year, and all conference three times and all district two times in baseball.

Dr. Betts currently lives in Burnsville, MN with his wife Allison, daughter Devyn , son Colin, and hunting lab and family dog Osborne.  He enjoys hunting, golf, playing in a 35 and older baseball league and spending time with his family.
